The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that Upendra Kumar Singh, son of the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant Pooja Kumari. When the informant went to enquiry, the petitioner is alleged to have abused the informant. There is no allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23621 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
