JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Considering the nature of accusation, period under custody and the investigation being concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 517 of 2014.
