At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respect to his grievances contained in the writ petition, before the District Program Officer, Department of Integrated Child Development, Aurangabad. (respondent no.7).

Let the petitioner file such representation before respondent no.7 within a period of four weeks from today.
