JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 27 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are under custody since 30.01.2022 for the allegation that there was recovery of 2298.06 liters of foreign liquor from their pick-up van.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.8887 of 2023(5) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Saharsa Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in connection with Special Case No. 27 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
