2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on 15.03.2023, at 10:20 A.M., four miscreants entered into Dakshin Gramin Bank and looted away Rs. 19,16,966/- at the point of pistol.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He is not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6911 of 2024(8) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 his possession. He is under custody since 20.10.2023.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State, by drawing my attention towards paragraph no. 126 of the case diary, has submitted that the police party raided the house of this petitioner and recovered the looted money from a box. Out of recovered money, a stamp of Dakshin Gramin Bank and a note slip of Rs. 2,21,000/- was also recovered.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege for bail, which is hereby rejected.
