The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 for offences under Sections 420, 409, 34 IPC.

Allegation against this petitioner is that she was associated with the construction of a building under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. As against the sanction of Rs. 6,40,800.00 the work was done only for Rs. 3,00,000.00.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is lady. In fact, the construction was done to the extent of the money advanced.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
