JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.02.2015 in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Later on, Section 411 of the IPC was also added.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 6.1.2015 unknown thief committed theft of Pulsar 150 Motorcycle of the informant bearing registration no.BR-7K-0372 from Addl. P.H.C. Adharpur Gora Bauram.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25010 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22419/2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has figured in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Biraul at Benipur, District-Darbhanga, in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
