The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 341, 323 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of transferring the land of the informant by Rekha Devi and Lachhmi Devi. The petitioner is alleged to be the scribe of the alleged sale deed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against the persons who executed the sale deed and the vendee Manish Kumar Singh and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 20955 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
