The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 255/2018 dated 12.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Two persons who were arrested on the spot have taken the name of the petitioner as the person who managed to escape. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner does not have criminal antecedent.

No.4367 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 For the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Chapra Saran, in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 255/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
