The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting due to which informant and his son sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against her and petitioner is a lady. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
