2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 18.11.2025 in connection with Champanagar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 25.09.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 316(2), 318(4), 340(2), 338, 336(3) and 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. For the same set of allegation, the informant has

No. 3853 of 2026(7) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 moved before the court of learned D.C.L.R., Purnea and he has filed a case bearing No. 1068 of 2026 and petitioner has appeared through an Advocate in the present case and for the same set of allegation, co-accused person, namely, Mahesh Mehta and Khagesh Mehta have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5924 of 2026 and petitioner has been granted provisional bail on 27.01.2026 by this Court for a period of two months and subsequently the same has been extended from time to time.

4. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.01.2026 is hereby confirmed.

5. Accordingly the present bail petition stands disposed of.
