Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.12.2014 and according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Amit Kumar who took the victim girl and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that petitioner and some others helped the main accused in taking away the victim.

No doubt, the victim is traceless but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
