2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased has committed suicide and the petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9390 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
