KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 26-03-2018 This writ petition has been filed in Public Interest and allegations are made with regard to certain financial defalcation and irregularities in the matter of teaching and non-teaching staff in the Ram Kishore Singh College, Dalmianagar, Rohtas. Counter affidavits have been filed by the University which goes to show that with regard to irregularities the same have been removed, FIRs have been registered and the Governing Body of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6987 of 2017 dt.26-03-2018 2/2 the college has also been dissolved.

Taking note of the detailed action taken by University now we see no reason to keep this Public Interest Litigation pending and make any indulgence into the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting he may represent to the Chancellor of the University who may look into the grievance of the petitioner or file a statutory complaint before the statutory forum like Lok Ayuka organization and it would be for these authorities to look into the grievance of the petitioner.

For the present, in view of the action taken by the respondents we find no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
