2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(i), 238, 61(ii), 3(5) of the BNS Act.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioners, along with other co-accused persons, committed the murder of the informant's father.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no. 2.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7460 of 2025(5) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 withdrawn with regard to petitioner no. 2 with a liberty to him to surrender and pray for regular bail.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are ladies of clean antecedent. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. He has further submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Priyanka Kumari, Juli Priya and Kalawati Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 16229 of 2025.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
