The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that his daughter had gone to appear at the examination but she did not return. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went to Ara. She came across with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him. The victim disclosed her age to be 18 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23864 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 171/2015.
