The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in this case since 13.7.2018. In the instant case FIR was lodged against unknown and petitioner has not been put on TIP till today.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2018 and he has not been put on TIP in a case registered against unknown, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
