====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 Instant modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.6.2024, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 24209/2024.

2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority which would be utilized for providing furniture as well as for beautification in the Civil Court campus, Bettiah. Petitioner shall furnish receipt of deposit with the bail-bonds.

3. Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
