Taking into consideration that specific allegation of giving lathi blow to injured Bhim Kumar and injured Binod Yadav is against other accused and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he took out Rs 2500/- from the pocket of the informant and also assaulted him by means of lathi, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case no. 322/2014.
