The petitioner happens to be full brother of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 23-02-2015 on the accusation that he opened fire on the informant due to petty family feud as a result thereof, the informant sustained fire arm injury on his knee. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi at Patna.
