The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on orders of Pramod Yadav, petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa causing injury on his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of three cases.
Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the police after threadbare investigation submitted final form but the learned Trial Court on protest took cognizance
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7929 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 differing with the police report, thus the petitioner has apprehension of arrest.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, Mr. Jeebachh Yadav.
