2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners no.1 and 2 happen to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, who are separate in mess and

It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased, who is primarily responsible for the welfare of his wife, has surrendered before the Court and is in custody, which fact has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit. The petitioners are in custody since 05.10.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the grant of bail on the basis of allegations made in the First Information Report.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the husband of the deceased, who is primarily responsible for the welfare of his wife, is already in custody, let the above named petitioners, who are senior citizens, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-14th, Vaishali, Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018.
