Case No. 81 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 436 of 2019), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 5 litres of liquor and other liquor manufacturing articles from the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that by mistake he could not point out the fact that he is accused in one more case in paragraph-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 19.12.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8776 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Sheikhpura, in connection with Chewara P.S.
