The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Alamnagar P.S.Case No. 262 of 2018.

The informant lodged the FIR, stating therein that some unknown persons snatched away his bike, driving licence, Aadhar Card and cash of Rs. 500/- The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the present petitioner has figured only in the confessional statement of co-accused Shashi Bhushan Kumar. He has submitted further that nothing was recovered from the

In this case, criminal antecedents report of the petitioner was called for from the court below which is available on record, which shows that there is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S.Case No. 262 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
