Undisputedly, the directions contained in the judgement dated 13.08.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.894 of 2018, titled as Sudarshan Ram Versus The State of Bihar & Ors. stands complied with. As such, no case of contempt is made out.
The present contempt application stands disposed of as infructuous.
