The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 365/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. It is further disclosed in the FIR that the petitioner was carrying extra marital relationship with a girl of the village and that was also a reason for feud between the two.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 pending in the court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12625 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
