JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and according to the prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on 08.04.2014 and on the very next day, the informant was taken to hospital. The informant got admitted himself in Prashant Memorial Charitable Hospital and it would appear from the prescription of the aforesaid hospital that informant was admitted in the aforesaid hospital on 09.04.2014 and made statement before the doctor that he had fallen from bike. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, altogether four co-accused have already been admitted to bail by different Benches of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12975 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 189 of 2014.
