2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to avail the statutory remedy provided under law for seeking redressal of his grievances.

3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for ventilation of his grievances.
