For that they have filed representations before the Bihar State Housing Board but primarily the work was initiated at the behest of the State Government.
The counsel appearing for the Bihar State Housing Board submits that the Principal Secretary of Urban Development and Housing Board be added as a party in whose presence it will be a proper consideration of the claim of the petitioners. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file their representations impleading the Principal Secretary of Urban Development and Housing Board as a party and to serve copy of the representations on the Principal Secretary of Urban Development and Housing Board. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representations. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petitions stand disposed of.
