Petitioner is accused in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 307 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a women. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against her. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I,
