JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the first information report itself, when petitioner was arrested he disclosed that he provided meals to Naxlites. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 31.08.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Session Judge, Nawada in connection with Nexlite Case No. 02 of 2014 arising out of Kawakole P.S.Case No. 100 of 2014.
