2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sripur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution, in brief is that 27 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating materials has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is not the owner of the seized motorcycle. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Local

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- XIII-cum-Special Excise Court No. -1, Gopalganj in connection with Sripur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
