The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen motor cycle was recovered from the possession of one Bullet Yadav. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2014 and he has already remained in jail for about eight moths.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
