Four unknown miscreants made house trespass and after threatening informant and his family members, took away their belongings. On the following morning, he also came to know that similar kind of incidence has also occurred with co-villager Dablu Ram.

After going through the order impugned, it is evident that name of petitioner transpired on account of inculpatory extrajudicial confessional statement of Biraju Dom, wherein he has been identified as group leader. Furthermore, criminal antecedent of petitioner has also been taken note of.

Considering the allegation coupled with period of detention since 03.02.2015, petitioner, Rajesh Dom is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17460 of 2015 (02) dt.11-05-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P. S. Case no.255 of 2014.
