2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

(i) For setting aside the order dated 06.01.2017 passed by respondent no. 4 in application 521110114071600247/2A (I.D.) No. whereunder and whereby 2nd appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected and the order passed by Additional Collector cum 1st Appellate Authority has been affirmed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8038 of 2017(7) dt.16-04-2025 2/3 (ii) For setting aside the order dated 17.09.2016 passed by respondent no. 5 on application (ID) No. 52111011 4071600247/2A where by the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected holding that Jamabandi created in name of father of the petitioner is wrong and has directed to C.o. encroachment Alauli i.e. to remove remove the to house of the petitioner who is residing since the ancestors as there is dwelling house over the land in question.

(iii) Further for quashing of order dated 24.08.2016 passed by respondent no. 6 on application (ID) No. 52111011 4071600247 by which application filed by the petitioner has been disposed of on the ground that C.O. Alauli has recommended to cancel Jamabandi standing in name of the father of the petitioner.

(iv) For direction upon the respondents not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question, Jamabandi of which created in due observance of law by the competent authority in favour of father of the

(v) That for any other relief/ reliefs to which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. On 21.11.2024, when the case was called by the coordinate Bench, no one had represented the petitioner.
