Mr.Pramod Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, petitioner no. 1 called the victim to her house and while playing, she tied her hand and wrapped rope around her neck. As the victim started crying, petitioner no. 2 assaulted her with rod on her head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the ladies of clean antecedent. The FIR shows itself that the occurrence had taken place while playing with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5963 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 victim, who is a girl of about 16 years of age. He has submitted further that in course of playing, the victim fell on the ground and she suffered injuries. The petitioners have falsely been implicated due to ulterior motive.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the injuries suffered by the informant are caused intentionally by the petitioners and it was not during course of playing.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the petitioners are the ladies of clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
