Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Indu Bhushan, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Anusuiya Jaiswal, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.86 of 2014 arising out of Tarapur P.S. case No.59 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 384, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Munger.

In view of the report of the Trial Court that out of sixteen witnesses ten have already been examined by March, 2016, hence I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
