Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 40 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody since 04.12.2021. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.4790 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020.
