This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 943 of 2014 registered under sections 406, 420, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the statement of the informant, the F.I.R. was registered against the petitioner, her mother-in-law and husband. They have taken three lacs and odd money in different manner in order to provide job in the Collectorate which was ultimately not provided. It is stated by Mr. Singh, Counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the petitioner has since been granted regular bail. Be that as it may, since his earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 17.06.2015, I am not inclined to extend her the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13072 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 Prayer is rejected.
