The present petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 26.06.2018 passed in CWJC No.16198 of 2009. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.1 to 4 annexing reasoned order of the Registrar of Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated, although the year of passing of the order is not on the record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the show-cause was filed on 09-05-2019 and prior to that on 07-05-2019 the said order was passed. Taking into account the averment made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University, the order be read as 07-05-2019 passed by the Registrar of Bhim Rao Ambedkar

Patna High Court MJC No.4759 of 2018(6) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Bihar University.

The learned counsel on behalf of the University undertakes to provide a letter of the Registrar of Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University stating the date, month and year of the passing of the order and the same shall be provided to the petitioner by 26.06.2023.

In view of the fact that the order has been passed, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in a writ court, if he so wants. (Rajiv Roy, J) Prakash Narayan /- U
