The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 353, 337, 338 and 427 of the IPC.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons are involved in creating public disturbance by way of protest against Agni Veer. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
