Petitioner is in custody in connection with N.C.B. Case No. 14 of 2017 ( Special Case No. (2A-12/2017) registered Under Section 8, 20, 29 of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

Considering the quantity of Ganga seized in the instant case, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing and conclude the trial of this case preferably within a period of six months.
