JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Petitioner being sister-in-law(Gotni) of the informant is languishing in custody since 14.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault and made an attempt to throttle the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family including the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, superficial injury has been found and the petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II,
