The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation witnesses disclosed that some of the accused asked Subhas Yadav, the petitioner, to fire and the accused persons were naming each other. The petitioner was arrested on 26.02.2015 but he was never put on T. I. parade. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in Bakhtiarpur P.S.
