Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Four persons were arrested along with Bolero jeep from which stolen aluminum electric wire was recovered but at the time of their arrest, the said persons did not disclose the name of the petitioner. Later on, in course of investigation the confessional statement of co-accused Tunni Singh @ Tuntun Singh was recorded and in that confessional statement, the name of the petitioner surfaced. Moreover, Tunni Singh @ Tuntun Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24369 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 this Court and so far as petitioner is concerned, he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S.Case No. 13 of 2015.
