The petitioners are in custody in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not named in the F.I.R. and the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Petitioners are is in custody since 15.11.2019 but till date the petitioners have not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that petitioners were not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on
