The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested along with Neeraj Kumar @ Neeraj Kumar Gupta @ Kalia and arms ammunitions were recovered. A stolen motor cycle was also recovered for which Danapur P.S. case No. 310/2014 was registered. Mantosh Kumar Singh, the petitioner, disclosed that he along with Neeraj Kumar Gupta @ Kalia snatched the motor cycle of the informant and thereafter the petitioner and Neeraj Kumar Gupta @ Kalia were remanded in the present case. Neeraj Kumar Gupta @ Kalia has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23031 of 2015 (3) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Phulwari Sharif P.S.
