The petitioner is accused in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 435, 506, 387 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that on the basis of the written report of informant, F.I.R. has been lodged against 25 to 30 unknown but in course of investigation one Rohit Sahini was apprehended by the police who disclosed the name of this petitioner and others. It is further submitted that co-accused, Rohit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23405 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 Sahani and others have already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 17528 of 2015 and another analogous cases and petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S.
