No.1 of 2005, issued under Form XIII-XIV of the Arms Act, for the year 2011 to 2013 and 2014 to 2017, however, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the interregnum period, the license of the petitioner has been cancelled by an order dated 18.10.2019, passed by the District Magistrate,

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal challenging the aforesaid order dated 18.10.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
