The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that on 01.07.2021, he got an information that his daughter and his minor "Natni" were done to death and dead body were being disposed by her husband and in-laws. On such information, he went there and found their dead bodies lying there and the accused persons were absconding taking two

He submits that his daughter Chandani Kumari was married with co-accused namely, Uday Sah about five years ago and blessed with three children from their wedlock. He further alleges that the petitioner and co-accused persons used to harass, torture and assault his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 2,00,000/- as dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased is in jail and it is further stated that petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased and he has no concern with the husband of the deceased and lives separately from the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that father-inlaw of the deceased has been granted bail by this co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59598 of 2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
